What medium and lighting are you using?
It does look a little dark in there and the medium could be a little lighter (more perlite).
I am using CFL light bulbs. As for the medium, I don't have a lot of possibilities, unfortunately so I am using some universal soil from the local store.

I don't know anything about that soil, but I like to fully water any new soil before I transplant. I can see you're only watering the center. I'm guessing that soil is a little harsh for the seedlings. If it was my plant I would water the shit out of the whole pot and suck up the runoff with a shopvac. And in the middle where I planted the seed I took some of it out and replaced it with some soil for seedlings:

I did water the soil before planting until it started coming out through the bottom, left it some 5-6 hours and then planted the seed. You think I should do that again now?
I'd water the shit out of it if it was me. And drain the runoff. One of the only times I'd recommend flushing, lol.

It's looks ph related, like nutrients are being locked out. How are you feeding them? What's your runoff looking like? High temps with low humidity could also be attributing to the issue also.
The light was not on when I took the pic. Medium was at 7-7.5, that's what it said on the package and I use water with a ph of 6.
