Overwater and burnt - how do I fix?

Growing outdoors, small green house.
Soil is good nutrient based, peat, coconut husks, fish stuffs.
Been watering once a week.
Throwed in some 'miracle grow', plants freaked.
Think plants over feed and over watered.

How do I fix this?
Just leave alone?

Thanks

Ph - not sure on that one, think it's well balanced.
Temperature 16 - 28C in the greenhouse.
Not time release MG just powder and add water.
Seen a few bugs, slugs/snails but it's not major.
Maybe adding to the stress?
What's odd is two other plants (similar to pic with small leaves)
are thriving...

you need to get a ph tester so you can be sure... temps seem fine... go ahead and flush if you think its nute burn (although seems ok from pics) always nute less than recommended and make sure to let the soil dry out almost to the point that the plants are drooping before you water them... get a pot that is the same size and fill it with dirt so you can feel how heavy it is when it is bone dry.. once it starts feeling about like that then water... hope this helps
