Over watering?

Hey, I was germing some regular tomatoes etc, the common thing I do is put em in a bowl, put some water in the bowl and put the rockwool cubes into it so I don't have to water as much.

I had my pot plant in there too that was already sprouted, the leaves started to curl under the plant, and the top is very light green. I'm using a 1000 watt bulb so I'm not sure if its over watering or due to the heat.

I have a small orange tree in there that seems to be perfectly fine, and I have 1 plant (probably tomato, or pepper) sprouted up already and it seems to be doing fine. I have raised it out of the water already and will hand water it instead

The stretch is from having it in the window until I built my grow space.

Heres the picture:

Its tricky to tell if it has been over watered or under watered, because the symptoms looks very similar. Do you keep a grow log? Does the cube feel moist or dry? Also, you may wanna give that plant some support and put a fan on it to get that stem stronger.

yea its been sitting in a bowl of water and I haven't really been giving it a chance to dry it out because I'm germing seeds too. Not sure if it was that or the heat.

I looked for an oscillating fan but wal mart didn't have them so I dunno, maybe the hydro store will have one, gotta go pick some stuff up anyway
