over watering????

i have another thread for my actual grow but i think my plants got to much water this is the only pic i have of it. all the leafs are bent over some folded down with some spots that look like its dead. my ? is do i let it dry out do i flush it...ne ideas would help because now that im buddin i dont want to slow down the process

Plant looks perfectly healthy, I think its just that the lower leaves are not getting enough light, so they droop. Is it possible to get close up pictures of the necrotic spots that you speak of?

ya tonight i will take some pictures and prolly post them tommorrow morning...maybe you could answer another question for me can you tell by lookin at a plant if it is in shock or do you just have to judge by growth

one of those pictures has that spot they start off smaller n either a. dissapear or b. get bigger like that one. The other day i waterd the plants prob alil to much n then when i got up yesterday they looked like that. Now i did let them dry out alil i dunno if that was why they wilted like that but any advice would be great.
