Over-watered - what's the quickest/best way to correct this issue

My plants are in veg and in a state of being overwaterd for the past few weeks. How the problem arose was from transplanting them from 1 gallon pots with Happy Frog and a bit of coco coir (really strong healthy root system) to 3 gallon pots with straight Recipe 420, I even packed the soil down a bit. Big mistake, I'll never do that again, but even having only watered them every 3rd day on a rotation of compost tea, bat gauno tea, and plane water they could not drink fast enough as the soil was too dense with water and nutrients.

I just put the plants outside for the first time (for the summer) and the sun is intense and they are shrinking under the sun, drooping down hard. Unfortunately I cannot bring them back inside for reasons I won't go into. And I can't transplant into bigger post until tomorrow, so I'm hoping they survive the day.

What can I do about the roots being water logged at this point? Tomorrow I'll transplant into 5 gallon pots with mostly coco coir and not water them for a while. Someone advised me to flush all of them with clean ph'd water, but that seems counter intuitive and could make matter worse.

do not flush them, unless you think they're burned. very carefully repot them. if you're putting them in coco, mix in at least 25% perlite,. i've had really bad luck mixing soil and coco in the past, i'm trying 60/40 coco/perlite right now and liking it a lot.
give them 3-4 days after you repot them and give them 5.8 ph'ed water with 1/4 strength nutes , and just a little cal-mag, then water them when they look like they need it, just remember you always need to get some run off with coco to avoid salts build up.

in the mean time you might want to move them to a shaded spot if you can, move them into direct sunlight a little more each day, in 4 or 5 days they ought to be hardened off and able to take it

If you just leave em be they'll be fine. In the future don't bother with schedules when to water/feed. Do it when the plants need it not the day of the week your plants will be happier.

Go grab a moisture probe for 10$ at home depot. Never over water again. Problem solved.
When you figure your plants out and how much they drink you can easily keep them in the "ideal" range.

Just let her dry out she'll be fine put a fan blowing on top of media to dry it out faster if you like but really nbd just don't do it again
