Over water with Athena nutrients?

I’m on day 39 and running Athena pro line at 2.7ec and 5.8-6ph for the past 6 weeks. Plants were healthy and big coming out of veg with no issues. I started getting slight tip burn and odd shaping of the leaves after I accidentally overwatered in the beginning of week 4. I found out they take a lot less after a big defoil. Rookie mistake I know. Also have some minor burn on the bud itself. I think is the result of an overwater after the defoil but I’m not 100% sure. If anyone has any ideas I’m all ears.

Climate has been 83 degrees and 65% humidity in the day and 73/55 night. 1100ppm co2 and 750-850 on ppfd depending on height of some of the plants. The taller ones are getting closer to 1000ppfd. Ran lights 17/7 for veg and 11/13 for flower.

seeing the claws way too much nitrogen.
overall too much nutrients, EC 2.7 is a bit crazy in my eyes.

So we got this commercial op right… but we don’t know how to water plants?
Those leaves are ready to be the nails on the chalkboard. I think you’re bigger issue is over feeding.. looking past throwing all this money in a flushing thread.

Why such a high EC? More isn't necessarily better. At a certain EC yields stagnate and if you raise it further, yields decline.

Athena recommends 3.0 when using coco.

It’s not commercial and it is literally my first run…so I’m just learning things

Starting out with a couple of plants would have helped you get familiar with watering practices.
Looks like you have irrigation set up that should make it easier for you.

This guy is trying to do damage control to not sound utterly stupid.

This is 100% a commercial grow. Why would anybody grow for themselves in this scale? He wants to do one grow that lasts for the next 10 years? I wonder what will happen once he decides to try growing some corn. He will start by setting a 750 acres plantation in South Dakota to "learn some things".

Lmao you consider an 8 light room commercial, or you're not a fan of a bunch of small plants in 2 gallon pots with drippers. I could have easily done 12 big plants in 10 - 20 gallon pots. Either way why are you being salty and kind of a dick when I was seeking out advice and trying to get better. I got no care about what these plants look like at this point. I'm just trying to learn and get better. If you aren't a fan of people getting better then you are someone that I hope nobody takes serious and you should stop giving advice.

You're probably right, but I dove in head first. I finished the irrigation setup in week 1 of flower. It has saved time and my back is thankful. Things were looking great until I over plucked them in week 3 and they started taking in less water. I noticed tip burn was prevalent in mid week 4. My ph was also low by .2 for a few weeks but I'm up to 6.3. Made sure to have 2 ph and ec probes in my rez and calibrate them each time I make up nutes. I also just finished hooking up growlink sensors so can monitor dry backs and moisture content in the pots.

I'm just trying to figure out what my best move is going forward so that these don't get any worse. May end up flushing for a day and then feeding at a really low ec until its time to start flushing.

You should lower your ec for a week after you strip your plants.
