Over / Under

Overwatering or Underwatering? I cant tell. I think overwatering because it was droopy and then i had to water alot to be able to transplant so the dirt stayed togather.

But that soil looks dry. Give it til morning, and if it's worse, then give a small bit of water, check back in about 20-30 minutes. If it's overwatering you haven't made the problem worse, but if it's underwatered and responds to the little bit then you've got a better idea of how to read your plant.

its dry because i transplanted yesterday and I got the soil in the original pot really wet and trasnfered it over. So the wet soil was close to the plant. I didnt water the rest of the pot because I figured the water would diffuse. (it was droopy like that before the trasnplant so its not something that happened during the transplant.
