over or under fed? thanks!

i have a problem here but i'm not sure what is is
it's mostly on my bigger plants
red stems, bottom leaves yellowing, most leave tips are brown and curling up (i don't understand that part)

I'm in recycled organic soil, very small 1gal pots (big mistake)
my runoff ph is 6.8ish
i have top dressed veg nutrients in veg, and in the beginning of flower a full dose Dr Earth 3-9-4 dry amendment
this recipe usually works great, but this time the recycled soil must of been super depleted

Burnt tip and edges always means they were fed too much at some point in time! But other than that, they do look nice and green, so it seems like your last top dressing is taking care of the premature lower yellowing that was occurring.

Looks like the recycled soil was hot and you added nutrients like it was fresh
