outside 4 weeks old

My plant is about 4 weeks old and i think is to small for it to be 4 weeks. I want to know if i am doing something wrong with it.

looks a lil young still but mine are 8 weeks old and all have female preflowers prolly 2 more weeks and you will know
dont know where you are but here where i am our days are just starting to get longer and are still about 12/12
