Outgrowing tent?

Hi my brother's and sister's!.
I have a bit of a sweet bitter feeling about my beautiful baby .

I run a auto flower O.G Kush from I think it was fastbuds but im not sure.
She's in week 7 ( week 3 in flower)
25L fabrik pots (regular one's from amazon)
Bio Bizz Light soil and I starter trying out for the firat time dry fertilizer amendment from Living soil (uk) and it is pretty amazing stuff and super easy for those who don't want to spend a lot of time around bottles and measuring (thats only my opinion and it make my day a lot easier) .

Now I know that cutting a auto plant is only stunning them and stop the process to grow but, what do I do in this case then? when the flower is to BIGG FOR THE TENT??? .

Bend the tops down. You don't cut the tops of autos or photos that far into flower.

But when do I stop the LST? when I don't se more stretching or?
