But in all seriousness, it all depends on the genetics and I imagine a little bit on the environment as well.

Skunk, diesel?

Generally, quality genetics have discernable aroma in veg, and more so in flower, but I have both grown and smoked killer weed that had very little aroma. I hope your plants fall into this category!
