Outdoor Storage Closet Grow! Advice needed!

Hey guys,

So I have this closet just outside my apartment, seems like a pretty awesome place to grow a couple plants, but there definitely needs to be some work done.

Before I go ahead with this, I was just curious if you had any tips about this certain kind of space. The dimensions are 4.5' width x 3' length x 10' height.

There is a lightbulb and a lightswitch in the enclosure as you can see, is it possible to wire those, so that I don't have to run any sketchy extension cords through the patio door?

Also is there any BIG factors I should worry about? I can see ventilation maybe being a problem, as there is no way I can make a hole to the outside without light escaping..

Is it a idea? Let me know :-P

(Ignore the 2 boxes in there, I was to lazy to take them out for the photo shoot)

Thanks alot

You can get one of these light bulb socket/outlet thingies but you WILL need some form of ventilation in there.

IDK, I think that opening that thing and doing maintenance is going to be a prob. They wil see the streetlight inside and the smell, lol. It really is the little things like that.

If you want though to really do a few good you could get another door, your own, and cut some hole in the upper part of the door and make a ventilation outlet. As well as an intake port. Then hang some light proofing material inside.

that would be easy. So it is doable. Temos will be a prob. That can be worked.

Is the cloest hidden from direst site at least. That is where to start.

is this part of your place? idk if i would do this...renting & growing is risky enough...adding a grow op in a closet outside your main living area is looking for trouble......i think you are setting yourself up to go to jail. how would you ever open this door with plants in it? or do simple maintenance?

Peace
