Outdoor potted plant help, yay

Hey fellas,

I've got some problems with my outdoor potted plants. I've got two strains going on here, GDP and Mazaar.

So far this batch of plants is turning out very weird, as they are already flowering. i started them in early april under indoor lighting of 18/6 and then moved them outside on a patio and they havent grown all too much since then but started flowering like two weeks ago and then really stopped growing much at all accept for buds. A week ago i flushed the pots because it occured to me that i had not yet done that. Shit came out and i ran the water until it was clear. Because the leaves were showing burn problems, or lock out problems, i dont know, i cut adding nutes to just once a week. Its been a week or so since i flushed and just recently they started showing purple discoloration on the leaves. Which appears on a little over half of the 10. Also one of the mazaars is showing this yellowing of the bottom leaves, which i take to be a nitrogen deficiency?

I've been using GH nutes with a ratio of 1-2-3, and feeding with a cup or so of the mixture. The plants are in quality organic potting soil.

I think i'm generally unfamiliar with appropriate soil nutrient feeding, both in the ratio, amount, and schedule, particularly for the flowering phase. Could anyone enlighten me on how to fix the discoloration, and how to better feed them?

Btw i also have fish emulsion which i have not yet used because i didnt know how. Is it possible to get good results with just fish emulsion, or should i just stick with GH nutes, or perhaps a combination?

Really I just dont know what i'm doing with these things...
