Outdoor harvesting question, cold temps - 3 strains one pot

Any help would be appreciated, i am having a hard time trying to find a microscope down here but will be trying to zoom in to my buds later today with my phones camera. I am growing 3 strains in a rectangular pot, my guess would be that its about 15 gallons, quite small but planted 4 different bagseed strains & got lucky with 3 being female, pulled the male as the first signs appeared.

My problem is that its getting quite cold down here in South-Africa ( currently 10c/49F on the lows and 23c/73F on the highs ) and im hoping that it doesnt frost up as i do not think these ladies are ready just yet, they do have a bit of a micro climate where they are positioned so they might not frost up as quick as i think. They are also not positioned for the best sunlight although its the best i could do considering safety.

Not too happy with the ( G13 haze i assume ) as the buds look proper popcorn.

Would you say i should let them go another week and hope for the best ? Just worried about THC degradation at these temps.

PS : the pics were taken 2 days ago & i gave them a gallon water a day ago as the soil was getting quite dry, probably not the best idea as i have read that resin production increases the dryer the soil gets, i could be wrong though.

In my frosty neck of the woods I never notice any improvement in quality from plants taken maybe too early before the frost and plants that grew a couple weeks after the frost. It is a coin flip, if you think there is a couple weeks of warm weather coming after the frost then it may be worth it to cover them for the frost. If the weather doesn't look that great in the near future I would chop them. They do look almost done though
