Outdoor growing - is She already flowering?

This is my first time growing. It was supposed to be dwarf auto seeds, but i did not think it should be that small. Is it flowering or is it only preflowers?

I Tried to focus ny camera on The pistils, but it did not focus, but can anyone see what it is?

Doesn't look like it got enough sun. The pictures are to blurry i cant make out anything really. Work on that focus. Autos are much better suited indoors. At least in my neck of the woods. Not enough daylight for me.

But yes it can be lack of sun because it have not been sunny at all since transplant, but what is the blue on the top? Is that buds or preflowers? (I do think it was some strain called something like blueberry

Still to blurry for me. I see the purple stuff but cant make out what it is.
