And does dog s**t make good fertilizer(friends suggestion

haha ur right. bat shit is good tho. you can start outside if thats where your growin but you can grow inside for however long you want. Bat guano is good fert.

any tips about the lights because i didnt find any at lowe's that screw in household light fixtures...
and can i use normal house light or do they have to that special kind of light
can i just stick it n the closet with light or is their more to it

depends what your budget is , if you got the chedar to spend , then buy a t5 lighting system , if not then just buy some cfl's

i got a fish tank a with a blue light and do i need to replace the light or will this do for now

you never never ever never EVER use animals shit that is of a predatory type animal. meat causes diseas and will attract all sorts of bacteria and problems you don't want...Dogs, cats, cayote , human , all that shit is not bueno for your plants...same reason you never compost dairy products or meat..bones work but meat not so much...causes disease
