When do you switch over to flowering nutes from veg?

My girls are showing early preflower signs and I want to hear everyone's opinion.

Some people say to start as soon as you see the pre flowers (pistils) forming.

Others say to wait until you see the full flowers forming.

Some say to start two weeks after the pre flowers show.

In the past I have always used a half veg half bloom mix for two weeks once the pre flowers emerge and then switch fully to bloom after that.

I switch when I see preflowers. It helps speed up the transition.

I like to switch after week 2 or 3 of flowering. Most bloom ferts dont have enough nitrogen for the flowering stretch phase. It is also strain dependent. I have had a strain need half veg, half bloo nutes until week 4.
