Outdoor CBD plants covered in thistle seed (and other asters)

I have some CBD plants outdoor that are stunted and well on the way (6-7 weeks into flowering) and looking like they will produce some (albeit small) decent colas. My question here is about the safety of the consumption of this product once its dried because its been covered in thistle seed. Most of my plants are thistle free and I have cleared out any nearby thistle plants dehiscing seed. Has anyone ever dealt with this before? are the plants covered in seeds toast?

I had thistle seed on some of my bud, all be it no where near as bad as yours. I just pulled it off with scissors when wet trimming and it came off pretty easily.
