Outdoor autos, when to harvest?

My question is basic, should I harvest my outdoor autos by the trichomes or by the clock? I have one that looked done 2 weeks ago but had no amber trichomes. Now it looks like it's revegging, it's growing foxtail looking pieces and round edge leaves from the buds. It germinated 5/1.

Harvest when the plant is done, unless something unexpected happens. Show us!
