Out side but no fruit?

I have never even been to florida, but I'm guessing it's not getting 12 hours of darkness.
If you intend to continue outside, you will either have to wait until the day/night cycle gets around to triggering flowering, or you can force it by covering the plant each evening.

if you planted in the past month your plant will be ready around november, be patient!

when outside you have to leave it to mother nature to begin flowering. Unless you used those auto flower strains.

No it really doesn't matter it just means you'll have some monsters!! the plants begin flowering after the summer solstice, the longest day of the year.

if its alot it can stunt the plant.... but the way our seasons have been screwy this year, Id expect late flowers.

what if i put it in a very shady area would that help anything?

no it wont help it flower. eventhough its not in direct sunlight its still geting some form of light.
i grow outside. just out in the woods. no nutes nothing. only rain water and some T.L.C haha.
if you want it to start flowering maybe you should just cover it everynight.

where i want to put it is in a small patch of thick woods. it gets pretty dark there at night but i dont think that will matter. ( i live out in the woods so street lights and stuff like that arent a problem.)

yeah but what im saying is if your plants are outside. you cannot control the lighting.
like here i will have to wait to get buds till about October. and its only may.
