This is what I've been using for a while now. I usually bubble for at least 24h. 5 gallon recipe. Works great:

2 cups EWC
1 cup Kelp Meal
1 cup Alfalfa Meal
4 tbl Blackstrap Molasses
1 tbl Fulvic Acid

Thanks man so that's for 5 gallons of water right? And is this brew for veg or flowering?

I personally hit them with an AACT every two weeks and topdress the dredges mixed with some meals.

AACT recipe
6 tbsp molasses
2 cups worm castings
bubble 36 hours
per 5 gal

I never add anything to my compost tea since I want to multiply microbes.
Thanks to Tim Wilson at MicrobeOrganics.com for that recipe.

Weekly I like to give them an Aloe tea, seed sprout tea, and a nutrient tea. I spaced the teas two days apart at least.

Nutrient tea recipe
1 cup alfalfa
1/2 cup kelp
bubble 24 hours
add 5 tsp silica
per 5 gal

actively aerated compost teas.
There is a sticky for allllllll kinds of recipes, it's got everything you need to know about teas.
Go check it out, and get some coffee and in about 3-4 hrs you'll be able to recite the differences between fungal teas, bacterial teas, nutrients teas, and compost teas.
Thx
