Organic soil and fox farms.

I had made some organic soil that had just finished cooking after a month. I went to use it and transplant my girls to a bigger pot. When I did I forgot the previous medium was fox farms and so it got mixed in my storage container of organic soil.
Will this ruin my organic soil? Do I need to make a new batch?

Fox Farms soil IS organic. It's their bottled nutrients that aren't organic (at least most of them).
