Organic feed and hydro?

I know this question has been asked a thousand times, but this time it is asked with a different approach.

Organic food and Hydro is a no, no; so they say.

Let us put aside Bioponics that use filters for this matter.


I had a grow in in Aero/NFT previously. Everyone strongly opposes the use of organic nutes for Hydro, especially Aero. In Aero, I totally understand that it can block sprayers. In general, the main supposed reason is that it causes root-rot, perhaps it builds up in the systems itself.


But, what about DWC? What kind of damage can it cause there really? You can add stuff like Bactivator to keep harmful microbes at bay. There is nothing to clog.

Also, for other systems, what if you make seaweed and fish tea, and then use that as food?


Any thoughts on that anyone?
