Organic compost tea and FFJ recipe

Does anyone have a good and easy recipe that they would like to share with a rookie grower that want to try n eventually grow the best for me Atleast. Guna try Gaia green organic dry amendments with ffof soil for looks easy ( plant in ffof leav for 3 weeks top dress every 3 weeks or so with Gaia green at there dif ratios at dif stages figure these others shud help. Seen some recipes on YouTube but figured this site has somebody me good so far

FFOF is so hot the only color your'e gonna see is 'yellow' from the nute burn

IMO mix in some 30% perlite to dilute the hot effects add more perlite if you intend to feed nutes to your plants after

FFOF does many grows with little amending

of the organics IMO make Compost Tea and understand what it is and does before making with smelli shit
