Orange soil mold?

Evening all.

New to growing, please pardon the inevitably ignorant observations and/or comments <3
I'm on day 20 of veg with my first round of seeds in an organic soil (m3).
Yesterday I noticed a green, mossy looking substance on a patch of soil in my 1 gallon fabric pot, and the optimist in me chalked it up to living soil & moisture content. Today I followed up and found it had all turned this pale rusty color (pics below).

Some threads I've been able to track down have me speculating it could be decomposing wood/mulch material from the m3, while others seem to imply it could perhaps be a healthy mycorrhizal community?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Its perfectly normal and natural. In other words... it's just good organic soil. Many companies that sell organic living soils treat their soils to stop that growth to simply improve the aesthetics of their product. But good organic living soils will always create "hyphomycetes" which are truly the foundational building blocks of the natural world!
