Ok well my last plant is in budding will be ready in 2 weeks

Ok my orange i grew from seed its 2 weeks old give or take. i let it grow outside so its got alot of sun it grows in mracle grow moisture controle soil.
But my problem is the leafs look closely its got someting missing its a freak of nature or im just stupid or maybe to stoned.....
