Orange/amber colored substances on my outdoor plant... any idea what it is??

Looks like pollen from another plant like sunflowers

Actually saw this on one of my plants recently too, I believe they are eggs. Not sure what lays them though but I removed them. Dont really want to find out if they're good or bad this late into the season lol

I thought it may be pollen from bees?
