Or my plants OK this is just a little after a month and they’re only the size

I have three plants I planted them between 45 and 30 days ago and I haven’t seen much. I don’t know if I’m just jumping the gun. I bought a tent for it with a carbon filter. Can someone please give me some advice if my plans are OK or if I need to do something different Help is appreciated

They have a look of a two week old plant. To compare this is a 2O day old plant.

I start seed in 1 gal pots and up pot as needed. I even do this with autos.
Light intensity is a big deal. I dunno what your using but it seems to not be enough.
In a grow space you want 30-35watts per sqft. So for a 4x4 space ya need a lamp putting out at least 500w.

4x4=16sqft. 500÷16= 31sqft.

Environment is pretty important. Once ya get dialed in you'll see better growth. I'ma tag along and see what other suggestions ya get.

There's something not right there bud, if you can list your medium, lighting, temp, humidity, nutrient etc, lots of info helps us to help you.

A picture with that light off would let folk's see the plant.

Poor lighting plus dense soil produces slow growing plants.
Roots need oxygen for fast growth.

More light and get a fan in there for some airflow if you don’t already have one. They look healthy overall though!

Update on my 3 plants
Okay so I up the light and I also repotted all three plants and the results are extraordinary. Thank you for all the help guys and the suggestions. Actually the they look very happy.
