these are inexspensive lights that i have found, they dont get hot and they put out a decent amount of light. i cant afford mh or hps cost or the cost to run them i am growing for the privlage to have and not be around the negative aspect that is associated (unfairly)with bud. most that ive read and seen say my plant should be futher along than it is. its healthy just going slow starting 4 weeks and it looks like a really healthy seedling so in stead of 9 weeks what kind of time frame am i looking at using this kind of light? has any of you used these lights? will my plant ever not be a seedling lol? i may just be hurring it a bit. i am new and i love this sight for its info. i read hours a day to try to pass the time and learn
