Helllo I am planning to do a stealth grow in a dresser I have made.
I have a 250 HPS Electronic Ballast
6" Cool Tube
4" Can Fan
Can Filter 9000
Now I am doing a test run before I put any plants in to sort out any bugs... it is still summer and warm but fall is quickly approaching so this may solve a lot but,
I can hold the back of my hand and press it right onto my cool tube after its been running for 2 hours and its hardly warm, I have good airflow for the 10 cubic foot space. My ambient temp is 77 and inside with lights on is 87. I know this is a bit high but with all these conditions met and considering the thermometer is only 20 inches away from the light am I on the right track?
I plan to run my lights at night when it is about 70 inside so it should be running at about 80.
