opinion on LED grow light

I am looking for a lighting solution
I am planing on growing in a stealth grow using a converted set of draws about 18"x18" and have 3ft 6" high, I am only planning 1 auto plant per grow for a bit of personal, Yield size isn't massively important as long as it keeps me in bud till the next grow is ready
I originally considered CFL but i am going to need a lot of bulbs so thought LED may be the answer HID isnt a option as i need the grow as it will turn the space into a furnace
I have been looking at these 2

Evader 180W LED Grow Light ( 120w power draw)

And

200W Led Grow Lights - Full Spectrum by PRAKASA

the PRAKASA is quite a bit more but only has 1 yr warrenty while the Evader has a 5 yr warrenty
suggestions ann opinions please open to other lights as long as they are available in the UK and the same price range

I am going to go solely on spectrum the 180 w in my opinion has the better mix of colors for a full grow.
cool white would be a good addition 5000k to 6000k (not sure what green and hyper violet do for you) 180w is a lot of light you will probably need to keep it towards the top of the cabinet and you will need an exhaust fan if you didn't already plan on that

Check out Advanced LED. The 100w would be fine to start with, from veg to flower

CFL's run cool,even the t5. Also dont run your electric bill up.
