Opinion on health and distance to the end goal?

My first attempt. Does this plant look ok? Any signs of trouble? Seems like the pistils are quite brown now. Not sure when to cut it. Any opinions on how much longer?
First photo is close up of top half of top cola. Are those sparkles mold or anything to be concerned about?

Are those crystal like things the trichomes?
