Online Seeds

Currently I have been using Seeds from weed I buy off the streets... Where's a good place to get seeds from??? I saw some holland thing before but i dont remember it... I keep seeing these LEGAL U.S. BUDS!!!!! but I'm pretty sure that's a scam.... Even if I do get seeds they'd probably be like a flower or something...
