Online seed question

when ordering off the internet, if i just order indoor seeds will they be female for sure, or do i have to buy the feminized seeds. ALso will they ship the the U.S.

if you want to make sure there female get femenized. you may get females from other seeds but there not guaranteed. nirvana does ship to us as does the attitude seed site.
