Is it better for plant (in flowering) to put some bloom and flowering lights under it???

It should light up the area with light then the light can be absorbed even if not direct.

cfl's reflecting off the ceiling and back down to the plants is going to help.
TBH its just not very safe, watering the plants must be a pain and as heat rises it going put heat under the leaves and affect the intake of co2
side lights will give you some good results and its safer

i was thinking to put 2x80 1w diods bloom led under it,just to get more buds...tnx for advice
