One plant - Need help with ventilation

Hey guys,

I woke up this morning to find out my light had dropped over night right on top of my baby plant and completely fried the girl, so I'm down to one and I have a question about the ventilation.

FYI, I am doing a stealth closet grow. The dimensions are approximately 3ft L X 2ft W x 2ft D. I plan to use a DIY carbon filter to eliminate the smell. However I'm having trouble with the fan set up. I'm on a budget and since I'm only growing one plant would it be okay to get a cheap ass fan at walmart and mount it so it will be hitting the plant once its larger as well as blow air out the ventilation hole in which the carbon filter will be placed? Open to ideas, suggestions, etc?

Won't work. You need your exhaust fan at the end of the line, so it vaccums the air out. The Wal-Mart fan will probably work if you arrange it like I explained.
