Tough pic but looks to be a ghost ant (Tapinoma Melanocephalum)Very straightforward, i was inspecting a leaf and really couldnt find much but then i found this guy on the sheet of paper. I dont think its an ant?? It was visible to naked eye, very small i would guess a few mm 2-3mm. Thank u in advance. View attachment 4713501
Thank you for taking the time to look for me. I sprayed Spinosad on the plant it came from...im guessing there are some aphids, gnats or mites that its tending. I inspected leaves and thought possibly a few mite eggs, but very hard to say. So i sprayed assuming it likely needed it.Tough pic but looks to be a ghost ant (Tapinoma Melanocephalum)
Ive only been accused of overthinking since the first day i started growing (6 months of reading before that, lol).Be careful to not overthink things. Aphids, gnats or mites? Your pouring to much mind freak into this. Go by leaf damage alone. Seeing spots, look for bugs, otherwise be vigilant and relax.
Thanks bear. I thought that at first but couldn't find a matching picture. That one plant got a nice Spinosad bath that night and looks great now. Ill wash it with neem oil spray in the next few days and hopefully that will be the end of this issue. I doubt that bug had anything to do with the spotting.Just my Opinion, Looks like a Termite.
Good luck hopefully you get it figured out.
Second this. looks right to meTo me this looks like a form of book lice aka Psocoptera
similar body shape, check out what they look like within your area.

Wow im impressed! I think it is too. I found it on a sheet of paper I used after shaking a leaf over it for a while. The simplest explanation is the Stonington blend i used for the starter pots must have had a few in a stick or bark.
