One or two plants in a 2.3x2.3 tent?

Hi -

I started a few new seedlings this week. I have two going in jiffy pellets - both NASC freebies. Tacky Glue and Unicorn Poop.


2.3x2.3 tent
Mars Hydro TS1000 light
I have both 3 and 5 gallon fabric pots

My question is with that light and the amount of space inside the tent should I choose between the two seedlings and only grow one or should I grow both and completely fill the tent?

This is a stealth grow and my space to work around the tent in limited.

I can grow (4) 3 .5 gallon buckets DWC in a 3x3ft.
Stuffed, make sure you have good air flow. Bucket changes require removal of front 2 ladies every 7 days....etc.
2.3 is a strange measure, but OK.

1 plant would be my choice.
2 will take less time.

Right on! Thanks for the reply. This is my first grow so I don’t really know what to expect as far as plant size. It’s a Mara Hydro tent. Just a smidge bigger than a 2x2 and slightly taller than 5’.

Im leaning towards one… it’ll leave me some extra space to work around in there and for her to do her thing naturally. It’s my first grow so I kind of want to let it go without too much training.

1 normal size plant or 4 tiny plants are your options. It's a square foot print you don't want to do 2 plants in that footprint. Just doesn't make any sense.
