On mescaline extraction

Let us say that I would like to begin the proceedure but do not yet have time to go from start to finish, how might I reduce my raw material to begin the first step? Boiling - for how long? what ratio of water to raw material? how long to boil? Do I boil at all? should I acidulate my water? How long will the resultant sludge remain good? should or can I defat it before storage?

You definitely want to defat it before storage. Not sure how long you could store it, but mescaline is a fairly tough molecule in acidic solution so probably a decent period of time in a fridge. You're basically pickling it when you start the defating process.

You can grow mescaline from a cutting? All that happened when I tried was it dissolved.

You got the wrong cutting - if you take your cutting from the very top of the mescaline plant you will see your powder multiply - you above all should know that you must never water it and keep it safe from errant breezes.

Drifter..check out cactusplaza...they got sanpedro,and peyote...canndo,how's the extraction going? I found a tech on youtube that isn't an extraction but reduces the amount of cactus u gotta eat down to a couple tablespoons of green powder..hope it turns out good for ya!

Rory - it is on a back burner for a bit - almost every one of my planned experiments are - as my garage demands clearing out - this wouldn't be a large problem except that I am storing a bunch of stuff for my sister- who....... promised.......without a doubt.....this time without fail.......For certain, honest.......to pick up all of her stuff over the Christmas holiday.

all the cut parts are in the freezer and that is exactly how far I've gotten. Hell, the new cuttings have put on weight - some are a good 7 inches long - wish I had known these things grew that way before - if i had, I'd have had a hell of a lot more by now. Lessons learned growing cactus are sort of unforgiving. IF it takes you 6 years to learn something and then another 5 to put that new thing into practice, it doesn't leave much room for mistakes.

I mean, I sure would like to have enough of the end product to give to my friends even if I have to have them distributed to them at my wake.

Ur sister sounds like my wife..we have a goodwill pile in the basement that will be moved tomorro,for 4 years now!lol...I guess I need to do some research and grab some cactus now so I can trip out on my 50th!

I wish I could send you my overages which number in feet. I find mescaline too strong for me personally. But my 7 year old san pedro has been taking over the house. Everytime a piece breaks off from moving it I have a new San pedro. You cant kill this shit

Got some San Pedro cuttings on their way now. I really want to try an alcohol extraction, due to its ease, no chemicals, and apparently it stays true to the original "vibe" of the plant since it pulls all the alkaloids out not just mescaline.

Me TOO ! I'm stil tryin to find some San Pedro .It's pretty pricey.Then I want yo know the whole process of getting plant to kick my ass into the folds of my couch.I think you know what I mean.I've not had any in years and I want that feeling again.I don't have long on this Big Green Marble and I'd like to make it pleasureable!Stay Safe,Drifter.....

I like pure mescaline, the other chemicals distort the clarity. Imagine if you were to take acid while drunk almost to the point of throwing up - kinda changes the experience. Hence I've not done alcohol alone.

I presume your talking about San pedro tea? You can buy san pedro cuttings from happy high herbs o if you already have this is the method I used and required none of that painstaking hours or bs, de-spine then cut pedro into small cubes, mix with equal parts of water then blend repeat till all cactus is gone then add 2 lemons and a lime. Put in a slow cooker on high setting overnight, strain through tshirt and boil down till a sludge you can either go further from here till it becomes a tar and dry in the sun or oven on a low temp then crush and encapsulate,I experienced a threshold dose but the high is very similar to MDMA without as much euphoria
