My name is Betty Storey and I am one of the owners of Omega Garden. It was brought to my attention that misinformation is being spread around on some of these forums, regarding company policy, and I feel compelled to address and clear up any misconceptions. I NEVER SOLICIT PERSONAL INFORMATION OTHER THAN A FIRST NAME AND CONTACT PHONE NUMBER. ONCE MY GARDEN SHIPS (and they are shipped and picked up at the closest freight company terminal to the customers zip code - never to a personal address unless requested) THIS INFORMATION IS DESTROYED. I DO NOT KEEP CUSTOMER LISTS FOR OBVIOUS REASONS - NEVER HAVE! You are more than welcome to call me and discuss our company policies and I encourage you to do so. It is unfortunate that one individual can spread this and much other incorrect and slanderous information about our very reputable company.
