Check Leafly for cannabis shops in legal states.
But in general if you are talking CO2 extract vapes...depending on the quality 35.00 to 60.00 a gram prefilled vape cart

About $50 a g for top shelf crumble and shatter, on down to $25 a g, which can still be decent. Top shelf may top out a little lower in legal states without grow rights. Before the price wars started here there was some very nice stuff for $32 a .5g. I mean so good I don't see how it could be any better in CO or WA
