Oh NO! another Newb looking for validation of his setup

I'm using an antique chest turned sideways.

Chest 1'6'' x 1'4'' x 2'8'' tall

In this space I have 4 lights
2 CFL 100 watt equivalent day light bulbs 1,750 lumen each
2 CFL 150 watt equivalent soft white bulbs 2,600 lumen each

Iv skimped on the lining I stapled white printer papers to the walls.

I'm using fox-farm ocean forest soil due to my limited space I will be vegging for a short time so I'm going to skip adding the plant food in that phase

once I start flowering I have "African Violet plus" to add 8-14-9

I just started the germination process my seeds are barney's farm Blue cheese feminized.

Any questions or commits or validation would be much appreciated

drop that African violet shit, its for decor plants, you dont want to use it with something your going to consume. stay away from anything that doesn't at least have vegetables in the picture
