Oder control for small room

I'd like to buy a carbon filter to eliminate the skunk n the funk room. Wow what a smell! Does anyone have advice on where I could buy a decent filter . I'm looking for a four inch inline system that runs quiet. I prefer discreet shipping. Thanks
