Yes, he can. He's said numerous times he would close down dispensaries and reverse the progress. Obama, hasn't mentioned anything about that. Hell, he said if he is re-elected he would seek legalization. But yea, that sounds the same. Ignorance spreads like wild fire now days doesn't it.

He's a politician, what do you expect man? They all lie, every single one of them. It's their job to lie to get votes. What do you want? Honesty? If you really expect that you're a fool. Doesn't matter, democrat or republican they both lie. No more or less than the other. If you are basing your vote on the fact that Obama lied, you should never vote.
They tell you what you want to hear to get votes. Simple as that. If you expect truthfulness you are never going to get it.

Romney, Obama, Bush - besides the rhetoric, there are no differences between these puppets. WTF do you think "Bush's" policies marched on under Obama? Bailouts, the 'Patriot' Act, NDAA, GITMO, etc. I'd rather sleep at night knowing I didn't choose 'the lesser of two evils'. I'll vote my conscience and vote Gary Johnson.

there was no explosion of dispensaries under bush for a reason. there was indeed an explosion of dispensaries under obama after the holder announcement.
obama has directed AGs to make medical cannabis a low priority, some AGs have different political agendas. it happens. the recent crackdown has come at the hands of state AGs. that is incontrovertible fact.
