oasis foam and clone rooting???

I think I cut my oasis cubes too big for my clones. How do I know if the clones have rooted or not? Because the oasis cube is too big, even if they root I dont think I can tell...
Also if they have rooted how do I transfer to soil? Do I break open the oasis cubes and plant them or do I plant the whole thing with the clone still in the foam??
I'm new to cloning plz help. Thanks.....

you can take the dome off the cubes and if they dont wilt in 24 hours then they ave strong enough roots to support themselfs.
and you can simply put the cube into soil...
