Is there any out there??

I hit up JJ (topdawg) on IG and he directed me to message someone else on IG about it....i messaged them and they claim to have them for $300/pack....unfortunately, ive never spent $300 on a pack in my life and never will....even $200 would be high for me....as the most ive spent on a single pack is 150.

Id really love to have these seeds....is there another source??

I also reached out to piffcoastfarms to see if they'll be releasing S1s....and for more information on their sour diesel....

I just cant justify $300/pack regardless of the strains.....and being someone who has smoked pounds upon pounds of nyc piff i can say yes its legendary, yes its amazing, but no its not worth $300/pack especially from some random guy through instagram lol
 
Piffcoast released some piff s2 or piff s3 awhile ago. pretty sure he asks a few bills for his gear. He does sell clones, probably a good investment if your looking. Please don’t support strainly.

ace doesn’t have anything really close to piff. Even their killer A5 haze was very Malawi dominated.

Didn't grow the killer A5, just malawi, GT, panama, malawi x purple haze, and double thai years back. The double thai was better than the piff I had 2013'ish. I don't get the hype about piff, sincerely, it's not better than some pure panama phenotypes, unless what ive bought was harvested incorrectly.

If you only smoked a gram of piff, I understand, sometimes it doesn't get me high....but if I follow it up with another gram, it destroys me.

Piff is very weird lol.

Plus theres at least 3 different variations of Piff that ive seen, and I know theres more....it really depends which pheno you have, some are mediocre and some are straight up devastating.

Unfortunately piff coast doesnt have any at the moment.....i see they've been working on the Harlem Dreams release which is basically purple piff......maybe they'll release some when they drop that.

Im interested in their SD too....as its only $100/pack.....but not sure yet.

U ran the killer a5 ?

and to the dude who had piff in 2013 that was for sure watered down Bc piff been dead since like 2007-8 at least ..the piff that’s around now is mehh

as much as people claim to luv haze it’s really for the older generation now .. I had got lucky a while back and scored some real deal haze .. a good amount too .. nobody under 35 was really messing with it ..u Can’t put wedding cake in a bag and piff in a bag and expect the same results .. if u wanna make money atleast

I met piff cool ass dude .. and he did have a bunch of hazes I smoked some .. some where meh and I think one of em had that taste I like and smell .. they were all haze tho just different degrees ..

In parts of Europe Haze is the only thing people want. They dont even care about strains, if it doesnt smell like good dutch Haze people are not excited...its like the gold standard over there in some parts for sure and I will grow some SSH crosses from Bodhi real soon, hoping for something close to the real deal.
Super Silver and Amnesia are some of my all time favorite strains for sure.

I do agree that the piff isnt the same...i had an ounce of the exact shit I used to sell and it was about half as potent as it used to be.

Then again, its all about who grows it.

Im sure that theres potent piff to be had out there.

Ive had better haze than the piff before too....but it was insanely hard to get, while the piff was just a phone call away.

A lot of G13 Haze ive had was more potent.

Ive had Purple Haze that was better too.

And this 1 haze i had.....i had it on 2006....been on a search for it ever since and i dont think ill ever find it again.......but it was the stickiest weed ive ever had by far! When smoking it, it tasted like waffles/pancakes (no fucking lie) and the exhale tasted like a syrup-haze flavor!.....it was the most potent weed ive ever smoked in my life......made you feel happy, didnt put you to sleep but didnt energize you either, just perfect chilling out weed......and the high lasted anywhere between 5-8 hours!......nothing gets me high for more than 2-3 hours now.......it smelt incredible, tasted incredible, looked incredible but very haze-like so airy fluffy buds kind of a golden and green coloring to it......you could smell that shit burning about 3-4 blocks away......i dont think ill ever smoke anything better. It went for $500/ounce and was worth every single penny.

Sounds like haze that was around right before everything became “piff” 2006 was 100% a golden year and 2005 .. but the busts happen in Florida in 2007 and newer strains like green crack and blue cheese where taking over from out west .. in 2006-09 I used to get a lot of OG from a dispo out west the ticket was insane like 38-48 a plate .. so piff started to have competition ..

Another thing I noticed was some dudes would have the fire fire and some would have some Ok shit ..

but back to the piff thing so the dudes with the fire wanted to separate themselves from the dudes with the ok and started calling there batches “piff” so people started to only want “piff” I was smoking haze for years then one day a dude I kno came bragging about piff it was just top shelf haze like really top shelf .. if I was to guess based on my knowledge now of cannabis it was prolly indoor I’m almost positive and the ok batches was just outdoor and the piff was indoor .. This is also why some zips where 450-500 all day no breaks and some where 350 all day ..

No it being indoor makes a lot of sense now ..

But it was the same strain it’s like smoking outdoor Gg4 vs indoor .. gg4 light dep is nice but indoor is another world by far ..


when I see people use the piff name to sell seeds I’m skeptical always knowing the history of that name .. but dudes like piff coast are cool and really keeping the history of nyc haze going so that’s cool

I think a lot of people have smoked haze or piff if u ever smoked some top shelf nevils or silver haze or nl5 haze that’s piff in a nutshell.. it’s not for everyone the paranoia ,heart racing intense high it’s like fine wine

my last part of my rant lol .. people keep saying the haze was all these diff genetics and It was more than likely what was popular back then and the top hazes where silver / nl5 / nevil / skunk haze / amnesia .. I assume they would grow diff strains upgrading as seed banks released them crossing the ones they liked ..the ones labeled piff weren’t chunky it was foxtailed heavy with lots of hairs

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Of course im skeptical of piff seeds....but if any are the real deal, im willing to take the risk...either way I love all haze, so im good as long as its haze.

In very excited for my next run, ill be growing Topdawgs Black Piff ( nyc piff s1 x {mango nigerian x black cuban haze})......i think that shit is gonna be absolutely fire.

Im going with some classics next to it as well:

Cherry AK47
Strawberry Cough

And im undecided on what the 4th plant will be right now....possibly Mango A5 Haze....idk though
 
I had piff haze in a famous dutch coffeeshop once the Dampkring and it was one of their priciest strains at the time and it really blew me away. Also had GG4 and some other popular ones that time I was there, but the piff really stood out. This was like maybe 5 years ago?

If you ever make it over there and its still around check that shop out. One of the best places in Amsterdam IMO
