what is a good balanced cheap way to give nutrients to my plants and what should i use as a schedule for feeding?

There are FAR TOO MANY "good balanced cheap ways" for me to just pick one and give it to you. Seriously. It's kinda like asking "whats a good cheap color to paint my house?"
You can find some ideas in the organics forum. What ever you choose, start to feed slowly and ease into your schedule.
