Carbohydrates (sugars)
High Potassium (many say phosphorus but this is outdated for the container grower, this information is based off of growing in the earth)
High quality chelates (non-ionic)
also raise the Co2 content in your growing environment. this alone can do wonders.
as always the intensity of your lighting will make the most difference.
