Nutrient feed help

So i been feeding my plants 2mL per liter which i end up doing 4mL since i have a 2L bottle, But it says for plants with 3-4 set of leaves. And At the top of the instructions it says use 4mL per liter during all weeks of vegetative growth. So which ones should i be feeding ? im using SENSI GROW A AND B heres a picture of my plants.
