Nutrient burn?

Ive been using compost tea as my only fertilicer. And my plants were doing great up until 3 weeks ago. Alot of the leaves turnes brown and i tried triming off all the burned off leaves. But now all the leaves have the same problem on the tips

Its my first time posting here
What do you guys think ? Any advice?

It seems like the flush helped there are some burned edges but the plant is alot healthier now

looks like incomplete revegging to me.

The reveg hapened when i moved the plants from indoor to outdoor grow

Can i do someting to it to preventing it from going to veg ?
